Welcome to NewConnect, a digital platform designed for the management, organization, and development of sports competitions, leagues, clubs, referees, and sports communities.

This document establishes the Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy, which regulate the access and use of the platform.

By registering or using the application, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted the conditions set forth herein.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:

• NewConnect: a digital platform composed of a mobile application, a web platform, and associated services intended for sports management.
• User: any natural or legal person using the platform.
• Organizer: leagues, federations, clubs, or institutions that manage sports competitions within the platform.
• Player: a person registered as a participant in a team or competition.
• Referee: a user who utilizes the digital refereeing system.
• Services: functionalities offered by the platform within its different plans.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Use of NewConnect implies full acceptance of these terms.

If the user does not agree with any of the provisions set forth, they should refrain from using the platform.

NewConnect reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying users as appropriate.

3. USER REGISTRATION

To use certain functionalities of the platform, it will be necessary to create an account.

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Not share their account with third parties.
• Notify any misuse of their account.

NewConnect may suspend or cancel accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. USE OF THE PLATFORM

The platform may be used for:

• Organization of leagues and tournaments
• Registration of teams and players
• Sports calendar management
• Uploading results and statistics
• Digital refereeing
• Communication between organizers and participants

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with current legislation.

The following are prohibited:

• Using the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Manipulating sports results or data
• Posting offensive or illegal content
• Using the system for non-sports activities without authorization

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND SERVICES

NewConnect offers different usage plans that may include:

• Sports league management
• Team administration
• Application for players
• Digital refereeing system
• Sports statistics
• Communication tools

Specific functionalities will depend on the contracted plan. The platform may offer free and paid versions.

6. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Access to certain functionalities requires payment of a subscription.

Payments may be made via:

• Credit or debit cards
• Digital payment platforms
• Payment systems integrated into app stores
• Other payment methods enabled by NewConnect

The values of each plan will be informed at the time of contracting.

7. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the contracted period.

The user may cancel auto-renewal from:

• Their account settings
• The corresponding app store
• The service administration panel

Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not imply a refund for the already paid period.

8. REFUND POLICY

Unless required by applicable law, payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable.

Exceptional requests may be evaluated by NewConnect.

When payment is made through app stores, refunds will be subject to the policies of such platforms.

9. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPORTS EVENTS

NewConnect acts exclusively as a sports management technology platform.

The organization, development, and security of sports events are the responsibility of:

• Organizers
• Clubs
• Leagues
• Participating institutions

NewConnect is not responsible for:

• Sports injuries
• Accidents during competitions
• Organizational failures of third parties
• Referee or sporting decisions

10. MEDICAL CERTIFICATES AND ATHLETE RESPONSIBILITY

Competition organizers may require medical documentation or sports insurance from participants.

Each user is responsible for complying with the medical or regulatory requirements demanded by their league or institution.

NewConnect does not verify or validate medical certificates.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content of the platform, including software, design, logos, databases, and functionalities, is the property of NewConnect or is licensed for use.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

NewConnect collects personal information necessary for the operation of the platform, including name and surname, email, contact data, sports information, and application usage data.

This data will be used exclusively for:

• Operation of the service
• User management
• Sports statistics
• Improvement of the platform

NewConnect does not market or sell personal data to third parties.

13. INFORMATION SECURITY

NewConnect implements technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

However, no system is completely secure, so absolute protection against unauthorized access cannot be guaranteed.

14. USE OF COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The platform may use cookies or similar technologies to:

• Improve the user experience
• Analyze service use
• Optimize platform operation

The user can manage the use of cookies from their browser or device.

15. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

NewConnect reserves the right to: modify functionalities, update services, add new tools, and temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance.

These modifications may be carried out without prior notice when necessary to improve the service.

16. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

NewConnect may suspend or cancel accounts in the event of: violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, fraud or system manipulation, and non-payment of subscriptions.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NewConnect will not be responsible for: service interruptions, loss of data due to technical failures, sports decisions made by organizers, and conflicts between users.

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

18. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

This document is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

Any controversy will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
